Building private systems for owners: follow-up systems that catch the inquiries a busy week would otherwise drop, private voice operators, and the sites and dashboards that hold it all together.

Crafty — the private voice operator I run my own days on — keeps expanding its modes and tools. Everything I build for clients gets tested on my own business first. If it doesn't survive my week, it doesn't ship to yours.
