On the bench now

I am building private systems for founders: lead rescue engines that catch the high-value inquiries a busy week would otherwise drop, private voice operators, and the bespoke digital flagships that hold it all together.

Virgil — the private voice operator I run my own days on — is undergoing active expansion across real-time scheduling, quote drafting, and memory retrieval. Everything I build for clients gets field-tested on my own business operations first. If it does not survive my week, it does not ship to yours.

Current capacity

I personally read and map a handful of new Build Plan intakes each week — first come, first mapped.

Active Capacity: 3 Open Spots

Current initial review SLA: Within 24 business hours. Diagnostic delivery: 48 hours from intake.

Recently shipped

  • Kova OS Flagship Architecture: Complete Next.js production rebuild with sub-second compilation, zero hardcoded hex, and strict TypeScript verification.
  • Blossoming Lotus Intake Engine: Custom iPad check-in and patient re-booking automation saving 14+ hours of manual front-desk chasing weekly.
  • Iron Mile Driver Settlement Portal: Mobile-first driver pay and route tracking web app, eliminating paper manifests and Sunday payroll backlog.
  • Virgil Multi-Mode Voice Operator: Synchronized real-time voice interface across 7 dedicated executive operating modes.

Have a bottleneck ready to map?

The Build Plan is a $1,500 architectural diagnostic of your actual intake, follow-up, and tooling. 100% credited toward your build, and 100% refunded if you learn nothing new.
