Terms you can actually read
This is how working with us works: what each service costs, who owns what (you do), how scope and payment are handled, and how either of us can walk away. Written for busy owners, not lawyers.
What we offer
- Clarity Map — $1,500 flat. A diagnostic of your business with a written report delivered within 48 hours of intake confirmation. If it tells you nothing you didn't already know, we refund you — and you keep the report either way. If you proceed to a build, the $1,500 is credited toward it.
- Crafty, your private voice operator — from $6,000 one-time. Optional advisory at $2,000/mo, cancel anytime.
- Done-For-You Builds — $6,000 to $40,000 fixed-price. Scoped from your map, paid in phases.
- Managed Kova — $2,000/mo. Month to month, cancel anytime. Free for 30 days after any build.
You own everything we build
Code, content, accounts, documentation — it's all yours. If we part ways tomorrow, you keep the whole system and every key to it. No lock-in, by design.
Scope and changes
Fixed prices are locked from the scope we agree on. If you want something outside that scope, we agree on it in writing — what it is, what it costs — before any new work starts. No surprise line items.
Payment
Invoices are due as stated on each invoice. Builds are paid in phases, so you're never fronting the whole project before seeing progress.
What we promise — and don't
We promise honest work, delivered as scoped. We don't guarantee specific business results — nobody honestly can. Any figures on this site are illustrative examples, not promises about your outcome.
Confidentiality
It runs both ways. What you share with us stays with us, and what we build for you isn't shown off without your permission. We ask the same discretion about our internal methods and pricing conversations.
Ending an arrangement
Either side can end a month-to-month arrangement with notice. If a build ends early, any prepaid phases we haven't started are refunded. We'd rather you leave happy than stay stuck.
