1. The Build Plan Guarantee
The Build Plan is a diagnostic clarity deliverable priced at $1,500. We guarantee written delivery within 48 business hours of intake completion. If you review the blueprint and honestly conclude that it uncovered no new operational clarity or structural value, notify us within 14 days for an immediate 100% refund.
2. 100% Credit Toward Build
If you elect to execute Phase 1 of your system build with Kova OS, the entire $1,500 fee paid for The Build Plan is credited dollar-for-dollar toward your first project milestone invoice.
3. Complete Client Code & Data Ownership
Upon receipt of milestone payments, you own 100% of all custom software, web source code, design assets, database schemas, and custom workflow scripts created for your business. We retain zero proprietary lock-in and hold zero assets hostage.
4. Direct Accountability
All technical architectures are reviewed and led by Alphonzo Cirton. We do not subcontract core architectural engineering to unvetted offshore third parties.
