1. What Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our intake forms (such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and operational bottlenecks). We do not track you across third-party websites or purchase external demographic dossiers.

Intake details are sent through Resend to Kova's business email inbox so Alphonzo Cirton can review and respond. Our email providers process and retain these messages as part of delivering and storing email. Please do not include confidential client files.

During a visit, this site keeps your first landing path and referring site path in session storage. If the URL contains campaign tags, it also keeps the source, medium, and campaign. Those fields are included only when you submit a Build Plan or Shield request; they are not sent to an advertising network.

2. Zero Third-Party Model Training on Your Data

We do not use intake submissions to train public models. If you activate the optional Virgil voice or text experience, the words or audio you provide are sent to the configured response provider to generate that interaction. Do not share passwords, confidential client files, or regulated information through that experience.

3. Strict Credential Protection

We explicitly prohibit the submission of passwords, API keys, or private financial credentials through our public forms. Access for an active build is arranged separately using a least-privileged method appropriate to the system.

4. Data Deletion & Ownership

You may request deletion of intake records and contact details by emailing al@kovaos.co. Kova will confirm the request and identify any records that must be retained for an active contract or legal obligation.
