Privacy, in plain English
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms and chat so we can actually help you. We don't sell it, we don't put you on marketing lists without asking, and we don't run ad trackers. Al reads your intake personally.
What we collect
When you use the intake wizard on /start, the diagnostic console on the homepage, or the Ask Al chat, we collect your name, your email, an optional phone number, and whatever you write about your business. That's it. We only get what you choose to tell us.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a US-based form-processing service, straight to our email. Chat messages route through our own private infrastructure to generate replies. Al personally reads every intake — there's no anonymous queue on the other end.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting your data. Ever, to anyone.
- No marketing lists unless you explicitly say yes.
- No automated drip sequences. If you hear from us, a person meant to write you.
- No third-party ad trackers. When analytics is on, it's privacy-respecting page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) — no cross-site tracking, no cookies for ads.
One thing we ask of you
Never send passwords, API keys, or credentials through our forms or chat. If a build ever needs access to something, we'll walk you through secure steps for that at the time.
How long we keep things
We keep intake and chat records as long as we need them to serve your inquiry or engagement. Want something deleted? Email us and we'll delete it.
Client work stays confidential
Anything you share with us during an engagement — numbers, plans, the messy stuff — is treated as confidential. We don't showcase client work without permission.
Privacy requests
Questions, deletion requests, anything at all: kovadigitalagency@gmail.com. If we ever change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date below.
Effective July 2, 2026.
