Shield Setup covers one business domain and up to three approved sending services. The work goes beyond reading public records: it connects the agreed sender list, proposed changes, approvals and message checks in one handoff.

What the $750 work includes

  1. Map the included sending services and record the public baseline.
  2. Prepare the exact proposed record changes and rollback reference.
  3. Obtain written approval before any change is published.
  4. Check test-message evidence from each included service after the approved change.
  5. Deliver a dated Shield Record with results, evidence and open items.

A sending service is a tool or platform sending messages using your business domain—for example Microsoft 365, a CRM or an invoicing service. It is not each employee mailbox. We confirm the included services before work.

Estimated 3–7 business days after required access and written approvals are ready. DNS propagation, third-party sender verification and observation can extend the work. This is not a promise of full DMARC enforcement within that window.

No mailbox migration, account-compromise investigation, lookalike-domain protection or guaranteed inbox placement. We confirm scope and commercial terms before work.

Changes follow the evidence.

We check the included services and record anything unresolved. A published policy alone does not prove passing sender alignment or delivery.
